Split Loans
This is a loan where the overall money borrowed is split into different segments where each
segment has a different loan structure i.e. part fixed, part varied and part line of credit.Ideal for borrowers who want the security of being able to fix a portion of their loan (so that they know for certain what their repayments on that portion of the loan will be regardless of whether rates will rise or fall and yet have a good degree of flexibility that they desire on the other portion of their loan that is not on a fixed term.
